On Monday, January 22, Texas Campaign for the Environment Fund released Franchise Agreements & Recycling in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex at a Dallas City Hall press conference. The report examines municipal solid waste and recycling hauling contracts in the region and provides recommendations for city officials who are looking to improve waste reduction and minimization in commercial and multi-family properties through hauling contracts or recycling ordinances.
